Delivery time: We deliver Monday to Sunday (7 days a week) and all deliveries will be done between 10 am to 7 pm only depending on the product chosen.

  1. Orders are accepted daily, via our website www.simplynaturalstore.com.
  2. We Deliver Monday to Sunday (7 Days a week). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day.
  3. All deliveries will be done during the day time between 11.00 AM to 7.00 PM. But we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day.
  4. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the product (when delivery attempt is made), then in such case the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.
  5. Provide correct shipping address along with proper landmark & contact no. of the recipient to avoid any kind of delay in delivery.
  6. We have developed a systematic way of delivery in order to attain accuracy. We deliver quality products right to your doorstep arranged in exacting standards.
  7. When you order online you will receive an online summary-receipt which is your proof of order. When we have completed our order processing, you will receive a personal e-mail reply.
  8. Various factors may prevent a timely delivery. These may include:-  
    a) Incomplete recipient address information
    b) Recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the item.
    c) Other extenuating and unforeseen circumstances.

We recommend you to fill out the recipient portion of our secure online order form fully and accurate.

Delivery Status Inquiries

  •  For confirmation regarding the delivery of the order, e-mail us quoting your order, your recipient name.
  • In case the recipient is not around to receive the order, www.simplynaturalstore.com’s  delivery personnel shall leave the order to a representative of the recipient (mother, father, close relative). However, in case there is no one to receive the order, the delivery personnel shall leave the Business card of shipping service provider at the doorstep of the recipient to call back for the order. Please take note that we shall allot 24 hours for you to contact us & there will be extra delivery charges for second delivery efforts. Otherwise, the order will be Cancelled & there will be no refund made by us.


During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other festival seasons are generally the busiest times during the year and there may be a delay in delivery of orders during this time.

* The shipping price and delivery Schedule is as per Our Company policies & we have right to extend/reduce it.
